WholeFlow is a direct home buyer that purchases residential properties in Florida, Texas, and the Atlanta metro area. We are not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or wholesaler license holder in any state. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect when you interact with this website, contact us about a property, or join our investor buyer list, and how we use and protect it.

When you submit a request to sell us a property, or sign up for our investor buyer list, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, the property address (street, city, state), optional message, and any situation details you choose to share (for example, pre-foreclosure, inherited property, code violation).

We also automatically receive basic server log data for every request to this site — typically a timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the page or endpoint requested. We do not place advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your request about your property.
• Evaluate the property and prepare a written cash offer.
• Contact you by call, text, or email about your inquiry — including sending a written offer, answering questions about the process, and arranging closing logistics.

We do not use your information for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

By submitting a form on this site, you agree that WholeFlow (and any representative acting on our behalf) may contact you by phone call, text message, or email related to your request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can revoke this consent at any time — reply STOP to opt out of texts, follow the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us directly.

WholeFlow may purchase a property under contract and then assign that contract to a vetted third-party buyer who will close with you. Your net proceeds and the entity you interact with on documentation do not change as a result of an assignment, and WholeFlow never charges you a fee for assigning the contract.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We share information only as needed to evaluate and close a transaction, with:

• A title company or closing attorney.
• A vetted end-buyer if we assign the purchase contract (assignment is disclosed in your purchase agreement).
• Government or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or third-party tracking pixels. The only tracking data we keep is standard server access logs (timestamp, IP, user agent, request URL), which we retain for a limited period for security and abuse-prevention purposes.

Florida residents. Under Florida law (the Florida Information Protection Act, FIPA, Section 501.171, Florida Statutes), if you wish to request information about any third parties to whom we disclosed your personal information for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding year, you may submit a written request to the contact email above. For the record: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), if you are a Texas resident you have the right to: (1) confirm whether we process your personal data; (2) access that data; (3) correct inaccuracies; (4) delete the data; and (5) receive a portable copy of the data. To exercise any of these rights, email the contact address above. We do not sell personal data, and we do not process it for targeted advertising.

Georgia residents. Georgia has no general consumer privacy statute. We are nonetheless committed to protecting your personal information, limiting its use to the purposes described above, and honoring reasonable written requests to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you.

WholeFlow does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents and residents of any other state with equivalent rights may treat this section as our opt-out notice under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

We keep seller inquiry records for the duration of our business relationship with you plus seven years for tax and records purposes. Investor buyer list signups are kept until you unsubscribe. Server access logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing the contact address above.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on internal systems, and limited staff access on a need-to-know basis — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
