How it works for investors
From a matched seller to a paid assignment, in three steps.

Claim a deal
When a matched seller is ready, you wire the flat $1,000 earnest money and sign the assignment paperwork to claim the contract. Picking the deal you will actually close is the first step in our network.
- 02
Inspect & underwrite
Once the deal is yours, you run the inspection, title work, and your numbers. WholeFlow stays out of the underwriting — you decide if the deal closes on your terms.
- 03
Close and get paid
You and the title company close on the day you picked at claim time. You collect the assignment fee on the cleared sale — the network page publishes claim rate, average days to close, and deals closed so you can see the pace our investors actually close at.

Our team reviews manually
Every application is reviewed by our team against fit-for-network criteria — markets covered, capital readiness, and the buy-box you describe. You hear back by email within a few business days.
- 03
Onboarding and proof-of-funds gate
Approved investors complete onboarding and a proof-of-funds verification before any deals are sent. No deal flow is allocated until the proof-of-funds check clears.
